Compare the quality of Sony Digital 8 camcorder and camcorder Sony with the type of hard drive?
I currently have a digital camera Sony 8 type, and Canon SD400 cameras can take video. I like the idea and the actual size of the camcorders Dirve hard, but the video quality is of utmost importance to me. How to compare video quality on these models? Thanks, Angela.
Since all video is compressed, the more accurate figure of merit Quality is the data rate expressed in megabits per second. Digital Picture Your device 8 has a data rate of 25Mbps, the Canon SD400 at its best is 11 Mbps There are other differences, the Digital 8 has stereo audio, the barrel is mono. the compression scheme is 8 digital DV, and the barrel is the Motion-JPEG (not so good). Pixels DV (720 line) is converted to analog video with much greater precision of pixels to VGA (640) control. DV is interlaced, M-JPEG is not, resulting in a better flow of fluid overview.
