PLEASE ANSWER——How can I do USB streaming with a Sony DCR-TRV30 handy cam camcorder——PLEASE ANSWER?
I have a Sony DCR-TRV30 handy cam camcorder, and I have a project I need to do but I don’t know how to enable USB streaming on the camera. How do I do that & what program(s) do I need to use?
I have a usb cabel to hook it up to the computer but when trying to import video, the computer does’nt recognize the camera.
Do you have any capture program ? If not, at lest use MovieMaker and select source, turnning “on / off ” your camera couple times. Must be set on “play”. In the new version of MM, will find instructions for capture from digital camera .

And it’s right, for best performance, you need digital capture card IEEE-1394 .
