Macbook for video editing.?
How effective can a macbook be for video editing? If I were to buy the top software and really max out my hardware would it be good enough to make HD quality DVD’s that could be sold on the market? I want to start taking video of animals in the wild and I need to know if I should keep the computer I have now or save and upgrade before getting a digital camcorder. Also what editing software would you recommend and what type of hardware (for my computer and the camcorder)? I was thinking the Sony HDR-SR8 because it has 100GB hard drive and 0 Lux so I can capture nocturnal animals. Please I would like to hear your suggestions.
