Windows 2000 can’t detect “USB Samsung Audio Device” digital signature?
Hi, everyone. I just bought a Samsung SCD363 miniDV camcorder. It came with a USB cable for transfering video to PC. I installed the discs (Driver, DirectX9.0, Video Codec, Quicktime) and ULEAD Video Studio SE.
But, when I try to get the video to go to the PC, the PC first says, new hardware detected, then a little box says installing, then a big box comes up that says “digital signature not detected” and when that box comes up the little icon at the bottom of the screen that lets me know when the PC is hooked up right to something, disappears and if I click “continue installation” the whole thing goes away.
I uninstalled all the disc stuff and reinstalled it 3 times and it is still doing the same thing!
I am so frustrated I could just spit! Please help! Thanks. Ginny
contact samsung maybe the disc is faulty hence the trouble your getting,try asking the retailer for replacement disc.
