What is the best digital camera with more than 7 megapixels to take pictures at night?

I want to do night shots and interior room photos, where the light is not enogh. Tell me the latest and best digital-over 7 megapixels for amateurs and semi-professional.

The "best" would be a digital SLR of your choice (there are lots of 8.10 MP a choice.) and a third zoom lens with about a maximum aperture of f/1.4.
