Mini DV Questions?
Many people I know and many people still prefer YouTube to hand Mini DV camcorder. I possessed for all time, therefore aims (very poor video quality). Could it be that the camera is old. Besides, my father, who has a crowded old mini DV camera, did something. House "head" eventually it began to fuck (if stored in a program already written, videos are superimposed on a video of big mess). If I had to buy the JVC GR-D850U (http://www.laptopmag.com/review/camcorders/jvc- GR-d850.aspx), which eventually led "head" problem? It's the only thing that caught my attention on camvorders Mini DV – What is the head? Does not deteriorate over time? But then again almost all cameras deteriorate over time. Besides this, give me your opinion on this camcorder. Is this a good camera for shooting simple videos just for YouTube? There is a couple of things you can do to limit the problems of the head of the obstruction in MiniDV camcorders. 1. Buy a brand and model of the tape and any other use, I like Sony premium (no problem with mixed types of coating) 2. use write-once tape (tapes are dead cheap now and you can back up your pictures old) 3. Use a dry cleaning tape when the camera shows the cleaning head. Tapes use these sparingly use the following instructions to the letter are abrasive and wear out over heads. MiniDV is the best. No debate.
