Why is the consumer at the heart of business after the marketing concept?
Because the consumer buys the product. This just makes a successful business is a sale. You only get sales by offering something that consumers are willing to buy at the price you want / are able to sell. The story is full of marketing products that were not the best in its class, but never got up with consumers … whatever reason. The Edsel was a good car … but consumers have hated. Therefore, is dead. Having a very good product is never enough … you need a product that consumers really want to buy … There is a big difference. It is therefore for large companies, the consumer is the focus.
