Help to buy a video camera for Christmas?
I know nothing about cameras, but what I want my boyfriend for Christmas. He likes to take surf videos and other various things and then edit them all together. Has a very old with little ribbons on it. I have no idea what kind of device to do what you do not want that expensive, like around 200 or less.
