Camcorder – Problem with Canon ZR-60: black screen?
It happened once before and somehow fixed itself the next time changed. Basically, when in turn, through the eyes to see some or LCD, I do see a black screen. When you play a previously recorded Mini DV cassette, I see through the camera without any problems. When recording with the black screen, saves only actual black screen. I asked the technical support of artillery, and had no solution or explanation to offer. They said that they sent me a box to send to them, but never received the box. It is no longer under warranty. I wonder if it's just a question of values … or maybe the lens. There are competent people on this site, I hope that there is some help out there in this situation. I also wanted add that the camera has been handled very carefully and I do not think that is used to store more than 5-6 hours I had. You basically Sat in the case of Most of the time.
I think your problem is the CCD. Canon has issued an advisory service which means if the camera goes under the terms of service service, can be repaired without charge, but only through Canon.
