JVC Everio hard disk using the MacBook Pro?
I have a JVC Everio GZ-MG330 HDD Camcorder and now I can not upload videos on my MacBook Pro when connect the cable, the computer reads the camera, but the file names do not appear to be compatible. How can I burn the movies you take with the JVC in my MacBook Pro? PS. When you insert the disk that came with it, this is nothing more than a few pdf files. Do not download any application that accompanies it.
Sorry, but the JVC cameras do not work not with Macs. I noticed the same thing when I bought a JVC camera and discovered that it would not work. Mac simply not compatible with this format file. I suggest you return the MacBook Pro, and try to find another laptop. Preferably as big as a Sony Vaio or Dell XPS. I am using a VAIO and had no problems during years.
