How can I get pictures from my mobile phone and video camera to a Mac?

I think that buying an iMac, but said by the dealer I could not get my photos from my cell phone or my Sony camcorder records for the Mac Is it possible? Thank you! Thanks ………….. But how can I do? The dealer told me he could not. I do not have the ability to send pictures to my computer but yet I have Bluetooth on my phone, just to understand how do ….. and yes, they are small disks on my video camera. You can transfer Bluetooth cell phone photos. Is not the camera comes with all cables? You should be able to simply connect the camera to your Mac and follow the instructions.
