Someone wants to sue me for an article that I have received on Ebay. What should I do?
I bought a video camera worth more $ 400.00 Ebay, but I never received, the seller says it has proof of delivery with approval, but there is no tracking number. Paypal refunded me because of the lack of tracking number that can not provide. The seller wants to bring this matter to court in this case, what should I do?
print all information, including correspondence from PayPal. Gather all your documents and take them to court with you. They help show the judge that the seller is wrong.
