camcorder ntsc to pal
I have a video camera in NTSC format tape. I want to convert to PAL. Is this possible?
They sold me bad Camcorder NTSC and took some pictures with him on MiniDV cassette. When I changed into a PAL video camera, I could not access to NTSC MiniDV as expected. I would be able to convert NTSC tapes to PAL. I think they're written in. AVI is very strong. First, you can change this? Second, can maintain quality. avi? Moreover, How much would it cost? I 4 bands, but probably only 30 minutes of film.
No addition of pixels, and should not stretch the Image and def. with Quick Time. Your camcorder can read the tape PAL, NTSC, but must connect to the computer in DV (IEEE1394, Firewire – have the FW controller card or board) and the capture in DV format with some prog. (Ulead VideoStudio, Pinnacle Studio, Adobe Premiere, etc.). These progs can convert to PAL. You can also register at any Home DVD Recorder (DVD marks and leave as NTSC) because every DVD player (max 3-4 years) can play NTSC on PAL TV. I video camera NTSC and PAL used to make DVD-s as I wrote (the result is very good because the DV format is very good for editing), but no need to convert.
