camcorder download to pc
how to transfer video from camcorder to pc?
I recently bought a canon ZR200 camcorder and I want to find a way to transfer videos saved in my camcorder’s cassette to my pc without using a dv cable. My PC doesn’t have a DV terminal. Is there a software I could download for this purpose?
thats wierd. your camera should have come with one. but that besided the point. what you need to do is go to your local electronics store like best buy or something and buy a video editing software. if ur a bigginer i would get something like pinnacle studios series or if u want more advanced video editing i would recommend vegas or adobe series. those softwares already come with the ability to caputure video from your dv camcorder with the use of a DV cable but since u mentioned u dont have one i would use a fireware 1394 cable if ur camera supports this output. the reaon i know these stuff is i am involved in professional video editing and production. hope this helps.
